Sometimes a purchase doesn't go as planned... and that's okay!  Here's what to do about it. <3

 

Returning Undamaged Artwork and Merchandise

Please retain all packaging from your artwork in case of a return. From the time your art arrives, you will have a full (7) days to decide on whether or not you would like to process a return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it does not work out for you, and would like to return, please email aicandyartistry@gmail.com as the first step.

You will then have (3) days to ship out back the artwork (from the date of email). Do not ship your return before contacting us. You may use the packing material it arrived in.

If you’ve already thrown away the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send it back safely.

!!! Important---> If you do not send a notification of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt, or do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions may apply depending on the circumstance). If artwork is not packaged safely and is damaged during the return, you may not be eligible for a refund either. Please email for support if needed. I'm happy to help <3

 

For Damaged Artwork and Merchandise

Sometimes things can happen during shipping, and it's super sucky.

If you receive a damaged product, please email aicandyartistry@gmail.com within (7) days of receipt.

Keep all original packaging and take photos of any and all damage. Also photos must be taken of the packaging. Please include these photos in your email.

We will work together on it from there. <3

Your purchase will be shipped within 2 weeks of dispatch, and may be faster depending on what's currently in stock.

Standard Letter size (8.5"x11") Acid free paper. Durable cardstock.

To ensure the protection of your art print, please handle with clean, dry hands and place in a frame or protective cover on receipt.
